Cute little hotel with a nice creek running between the property. Clean rooms and friendly staff! Plenty of parking and a good variety for breakfast.

I t was clean, well maintained and staff was very nice. My only complaint is no elevator & we were on second floor after 10 days of hiking and traveling....there were no first floor rooms available. The hot tub was so helpful and made up for the stairs.

Over all a please t place to stay. Plenty of parking, Freeway close with lots of places to eat nearby. Property does not have an elevator so something to consider before booking on higher floors.

Overall, an okay stay. Mini fridge, microwave, and small sink in the room were handy, and made use of the small but decent weight room (treadmill, elliptical, free weights, bench). Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but saw others in there both days. AC unit in the room was a relief! Some small annoyances: my bedside lamp didn't work, charging blocks would fall out of the outlet, and the wifi wouldn't work in the lobby area or fitness room for me. Continental breakfast was basic: a selection of bread and bagels, yogurt cups, scrambled eggs, breakfast patties, and a waffle maker. Coffee was not good. Staff were fine, but disinterested.

I appreciate the variety of breakfast items, but the sausage was undercooked and bland. The coffee seemed watered down as well. The eggs were the standard reconstituted eggs, and were bland as well. The waffles looked really good and my son enjoyed them. There were also bagels, bread, a toaster, cream cheese and butter, peanut butter and jelly, and yogurt. The dining area was nice, quiet and a comfortable area to sit, relax, and eat. Which was good, because you aren't allowed to take food to go.

The staff was extremely rude yelling at us and disrespectful. There was concussion about a very large cash deposit that we didn't feel comfortable paying so we questioned it and we were yelled at and told to leave they kept our money for the room we paid for but never stayed in it. Don't stay here they are not in the right business

Breakfast looked like it was going to be great big beautiful nice facility and then I tasted the food. They had scrambled eggs finally the first place to have them and one bite and into the trash they went rubber cold plain bland eggs no thanks and that's where we going with this don't judge the book by cover cause the cover was great but the book was absolutely terrible

Hotel says they have cameras and property is under surveillance. Our electric bike was stolen and they said they didn't have cameras. Came out to go to breakfast and someone was standing out there puking. Didn't even bother eating.

Check in was fine. We had ordered a reserved a king accessible room which they did not have, they suggested a king room on the ground floor so we took it. The room was dated but the price was cheap. But when we had a look around there was black mould in the shower (which we decided not to use and the room was very dirty. Pretty disgusting actually. Sticky surfaces, dirt and black mould in the corners. Water stains and wall paper lifting off of the wall. We decided to stay just because we were sleeping there for one night and that was it. But that’s not the worst part. The bed was gross, unknown stains on the mattress and BEDBUGS, yes, bedbugs. My girlfriend got bit numerous times. We have photos of bedbugs both dead and alive in the bed. We did not notice this until 3am. We did not sleep much that night. In the morning we went to the front desk with our concern and the lady seemed to not care that much and told us they’d let the cleaning staff know. I have 30+ pictures of all of this and will be contacting the hotel and hotels.com for a full refund. This was room 114.

Changed my room number 3 times. Second time housekeeping was halfway done cleaning my room and just left? Myself and my two toddlers sat in the hallway after evacuating due to flooding waiting for a key card. Was let into another room, told my room key would be up in 20 minutes. I called multiple times, took over an hour, I had diaper wipes and frozen perishables thawing in the seat in my car. My child had to sit in a poopy diaper for almost 2 hours because that’s how long it took to get into my room after arrival. The room itself was fine, service was horrible. Took about 30+ minutes of waiting to check in as well with no bell or staff member in sight.

This was a nice hotel to stay in. Cleanly room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was the average affair with lots of options. Quiet room that's right off the freeway and next to a mall. Great value for the cost. I'd stay here again.

Don’t book this place. Upon arrival they couldn’t find my booking. They said this has been happening to others as it did to 3 parties when I was in the lobby. They said they are Windgate at Windham Heritage Inn, and did not seem to care that my booking for their address was not in their system. I suspect they changed names/ownership and this is the old hotel’s listing. The clerk could have shown empathy for our situation, but did not. Bummer.
