We did not enjoy our stay and wasted money repurchasing the half-board meal plan. The sea view room was underwhelming, very small, basic, and hot. The air conditioner was very weak, unable to adequately cool down our room, and there was no air conditioner in the hallways. The bed setup consisted of two separate twin beds positioned next to each other. They were not attached in any way and easily slid away from one another. I fell in between the beds during our stay. The mattresses were cheap memory foam accompanied by a singular, flat memory foam pillow, per bed which you had to fold in half for support. The housekeeping staff were very intrusive. They entered our room without knocking even when the “do not disturb” sign was up. The dinner “restaurant” was set up similar to a homeless soup kitchen. But more importantly, the food was unappetizing, unsanitary, disgusting, and cold. Slabs of raw meat to include chicken and pork were displayed on an uncovered pan so guests could select from for grilling. Very unsanitary. We pre-purchased four nights worth of meals but after sampling the food the first night, we left early to get dinner elsewhere, never returning, and wasting €100+. We had to request room keys three different times during our stay because they stopped working. Would not recommend and will never stay here again.
