Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. Before my stay, I contacted them after seeing reviews about poor Wi-Fi and communication. They asked to use WhatsApp, which was ideal because it is my primary communication method. However, replies often took 24 hours or longer. I was repeatedly asked for my identification and itinerary number despite already providing both.
The listing stated Newport Boulevard, but the actual unit was 2 or 3 blocks away, and I did not receive the correct location until check-in day. That morning, my messages went unanswered. After reaching the listed location with my luggage, I had to walk another 10–15 minutes to the correct building. No one was there to check me in, so I waited an hour.
The room also had ants. I extended my stay by two nights after being assured that extra towels and toilet paper would be provided. They never arrived, my follow-ups went unanswered, and I had to buy toilet paper.
I emphasized that I needed dependable WiFi for Zoom meetings and was assured there would be no problem. The internet stopped working an hour before my calls and returned about two hours after they ended. I had to walk elsewhere and pay for internet to attend my meetings.
The area is convenient, but the poor communication, inaccurate address, delayed check-in, unreliable internet, missing supplies, ants, and unfulfilled assurances made the stay stressful. I would only consider returning if these issues were resolved and communication improved.
