I booked this property through Expedia, and shortly afterward the management company attempted to cancel my reservation without explanation. When I explained that I needed the rental for my wedding, they agreed to honor it - but only if i rebooked through their own portal, which gave me little confidence that I wouldn’t run into billing issues.
A few days before the wedding, they attempted to cancel the reservation again, sending a text stating I had 24 hours to sign a new document or risk losing the booking. There were no prior calls, emails, texts, or voicemails letting me know this was coming.
To make matters worse, I never received the check-in information and had to contact them myself on the day of my wedding to get access.
Once I finally received the information, check-in was easy, and everything in the home appeared to be clean and functioning properly. The air conditioning was especially appreciated on an extremely hot day. However, the beds were extremely firm and noticeably sagged toward the center, making them uncomfortable to sleep on.
Unfortunately, the communication and professionalism throughout the booking process were unacceptable, and I would be hesitant to book with this management company again.
