From the minute we arrived the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and on the ground floor which we had requested . It was very quiet and peaceful. We booked for three nights and had dinner on the first and third night. The meals were excellent and a good choice of menu.

We wanted to stay in an old fashioned inn and this is a good find. We stopped by here for a night after a long drive from London.

This was an excellent place to stay. Small rooms and the mattress need replacing. But great service and fantastic food.

6/10 - Boa

Stayed in Room 5 for 2nights. The room wasnt very clean. A windowsill with dead wasps, clumps of dust hanging from under the radiator and a plug in the bath that wouldn't drain as it was clogged with human hair. The daily housekeeping didn't happen, the robe and slippers didn't exist and the blackout curtains weren't. We also found that the mattress topper wasn't cheap mfortable and shifted through the night Definitely not worth the high price charged, though nice to receive a message from the hotel, through hotels.com, telling me that if I'd booked direct I wouldn't be charged the £12.50 for breakfast.

Horseshoe Inn hotell, Edinburgh

Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera detta hotell. Fantastisk personal med vänlig attityd som städade rummet varje dag. Frukosten var god och man blev mätt. Priset är mycket bra jämfört med Edinburgh centrum.

This is an adorable hotel. The decor was classy and the bed was super comfortable we went with a cheaper room and it was on the small size but totally adequate for our stay. The bathroom was beautiful and big.

Stayed overnight due to attending a wedding in the area. The team here were so welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us. The facilities were great and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
