Very satisfied and content with my accomodations , looking forward to having a great time in town and seeing all there is to offer. Love to be more aquainted with the nature trails and Camp sites on location.

The staff were exceptionally kind and professional during our stay. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect - across from a large grocery store and multiple food options. Also one of the best rates available in Klamath Falls.

The floor needed some additional cleaning attention. Otherwise, the linens and the rest of the room was very clean. The location was convenient.

You get what you pay for. Bathroom had no area to put your soap or shampoo. Had to use the window sill which was very uneven. Towels were rough, thin and dinghy. The pet area was not clean. Had no grass just weeds (goat heads). Restaurants and stores nearby. Coffee available in room but Starbucks was available across the street. Microwave and refrigerator in room. I don't think I would stay here again. Need to update the price for pets and they only take cash for them to stay.

My room was very dirty hair all in the sink and in the shower drain and some brown substance on the wall in the office. Staff was not very friendly when I brought my service dog.

I didn’t like anything. The room was so dirty. They didn’t clean it once. I had to go get all my towels shampoo etc. TV was horrible

We could not stay here and demanded a refund as the pictures are nothing like the actual rooms. They are so poorly maintained, the walls and bedding are disgusting and it did not feel even remotely safe enough for us to stay in. My family booked the room across from us and had to flee as well after the mirror almost shattered on top of their baby. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Buyer beware. This hotel was disgusting. Ring in the toilet, stained shower curtain, dirty floors and walls. Slept in my clothes and left without showering. If there is a cleaning service, they need to get new ones because the ones they have do nothing.

Nice little motel have stayed a few times. Great rates and clean rooms. Only dislike is the porch lights a real bright even with the curtains closed.

There cleaning is poor. There is nothing to place you suit cases on. There is no place to set your grooming bag just a sink. The mini frig had no shelves. The towel in bath were sub standard. I wouldn't recommend stay there unless you just needed a flog. Sorry, but that's the facts

I’d give a 0 star if I could. The property was filthy dirty and disgusting. The room was never serviced and cleaned. The sheet was not changed and there were dirty tissues buried inside. The comforter was yellow stained all over. Bathroom was moldy and there were yellow rings in the toilet bowl. Floors were sticky. Mirror over wash basin was splattered with tooth paste. It was inhabitable literally. I don’t know how they were allowed to operate!
