Lovely little place, very clean and well decorated. However I tried to arrange the birthday package to make it more special - no answer to my phone calls, texts or message via the app. Tv didn’t work because WiFi was down, again tried to make contact using various numbers and no one came back to me. Had to watch football on phones, disappointed with lack of communication and assistance. Otherwise lovely, comfortable bed.

Lovely and clean room, no complaints. In a convenient location situated right next to an overground station and a convenience store. We were upgraded to a larger room which was nice. Fairly quiet for the area. Very well ventilated. Overall a great experience for the price 😊🙏

It was a good one night stay. The host was professional and available on the day. There was not much communication before the checkin however, due to some messages not getting through to Expedia. Off the main road.

We booked this place as we would be going to a concert at the Tottenham stadium. Perfect location, right next to the overground station. The room was relatively clean and well decorated. I may suggest colouring in the outstanding leg of the small table by the entrance in a nice hazard neon. Also, the shower is difficult to use as the temperature oscillates between 'boiling' hot and freezing cold... Overal would recommend this place!

Lovely stay but the hallway was so dirty, and clearly there was some kind of dead rodent under the floorboards or I. The walls as it smelt of rotting dead rat. Hallway was just generally dirty too, hundreds of letters, a table spoon on the e floor. Such a shame as the room was lovely.

Ok stay, strong smells and windows need looking at

Ok room, felt you get what you pay for in London (unfortunately). Road was quite noisy outside on Friday and Saturday night, but we all slept well despite this. We had to keep the windows open all night due to the weather, which didn't feel very safe as they opened on to a flat rood with no safety catches (not ideal with a three year old), but it was either that or get no sleep due to the heat. The room itself was very clean and tidy, including the bathroom, but there was an awful smell of bins/rubbish as we walked in to the communal hall, and then a very strong cooking smell from below that seems to be around all night. Would've been a lot more enjoyable if we didn't have that, but overall a decent room and pleasant host who whatsapped us the details to get in on the day we checked in.

A good stay after a little panic

I spent a lot of time panicking because I didn't have the check-in info, the confirmation said it would arrive 24 hours before the stay. As I didn't have this, I wasn't sure what was happening, but it turns out that they provide the check-in details at around 1pm prior to a 3pm check-in (although my original itinerary said 2pm check-in, not sure when or why this changed). If I had known this I wouldn't have been as stressed because I think this is perfectly reasonable. When I did receive the check-in instructions through WhatsApp they were very clear incl. a video of how to get to the accommodation which is right next to Rectory Road station. Also about the lock boxes and the codes, Wi-Fi, everything that you need really. We were supposed to be in a room with a king size bed and a pull-out sofa bed, but we only had one bed which I think was a king that I was sharing with my teenage daughter. This was fine because we're family. However, if I'd been with someone else this may have been a little awkward. The room was clean and tidy. And has good amenities. It's very convenient next to the station. We had to have the windows open because it was very hot (stand alone fan supplied). However, the sound of the trains (you are literally overlooking the station) didn't bother me too much. No mirror in bathroom, no lamp at the bedside which was a shame. A previous review mentioned the hallway smelling. This seems to have been resolved, it smelt nice & was very clean. Good stay overall.

Lack communication prior to check in. On arrival the allocated room was for 2 people, when a superior room for 3 people was booked. My husband had to sleep on the floor, as no other rooms available & all that was offered was 25% refund. Terrible service.

Fine for a short stay, but terrible communication. I booked this through Hotels.com and got a confirmation of my booking being a ground floor apartment. As I was traveling alone I sent a message asking for a different room as ground floor does not feel so safe to me. I got a response that my booking wasn't found at all. After some calls it seemed my booking had not gone through, but Hotels.com confirmed it had. I finally received my check-in information about an hour before check-in time, which was the first time I heard from the accommodation! This was very stressful and could have easily been prevented. Once I arrived, the room looked fine and check-in instructions were clear enough. The room was fine, but cleaning could definitely have been better. The facilities were great, great water pressure on the shower and great to have a kitchenette and fridge in the room, especially at this price point. However, the front door of the property did not lock properly, leaving me to feel less safe than I would have liked to. The room did not get cleaned any of the days I was there, which I definitely did expect as it is offered as a hotel room on the site. Lastly, the building has extremely thin walls, so you hear people in other rooms very loudly. One guest was very loud, which definitely impacted my sleep. Overall an okay room for a few nights, but lacking in communication, safety, and cleanliness.

The room is exactly as advertised. Small and conveniently located. The walls are thin so all the neighbors can be heard. However it has everything you need for a quick stay and convenient location. Grocery store on one side and train in the other. Very close to stokey high street with lots of pubs shops and restaurants. Self check in was easy and communication through whats app was fast and clear. Very basic

10泊以上連泊したが、掃除は一度もしない、シーツの交換も一度依頼した時に持ってきただけです。風呂のシャワーも使いにくく、排水が悪くトイレの方に漏れる。道路の騒音も、中のドアの開け締めの音もうるさい!部屋が思ったより少し広かったこと以外いいことなし!
