I chose this apartment because it was advertised as suitable for a family with children.
The location is great — right in the center of Rome, close to many cafés and restaurants, and relatively quiet.
However, the apartment is far too small for a family. The bathroom is tiny, and while the sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots, it’s placed right by the entrance with transparent doors, offering no privacy at all.
There was also a strong, unpleasant sewage smell that we couldn’t get rid of.
The cleanliness was disappointing — damp stains on the ceiling and a poorly cleaned bathroom.
The spa mentioned in the listing is actually located in a partner hotel about 10 minutes away. It’s supposed to fit up to eight people, but even with just three of us, it felt cramped. It was also quite dirty, with mold on the walls.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place — neither for its quality nor for its price.
