The room was really nice! Great view from the balcony! Had difficulty getting into the room but got help from another patron. This was my third stay here and I'm sure I'll stay here again

The best part was the fact that it was right on the ocean. For anything to do you need to drive a ways . The room was dirty. Extremely dirty fans, old coffee grounds and coffee still in pot, sunflower seeds in patio door track, old rusty chair on balcony that I wouldn’t even risk sitting on, Stained sheets.

The place was not clean. The main TV does not work the toilet seat. The kids didn’t wanna sit in. It is all chipped up. It needs an owner to go in there and walk around. They need to spend more details and clean the bathroom and cleaning the pool, but all in all we made the best of it

Great locations steps to the beach.

Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs.

Couldn’t get in room, code didn’t work, had to wait and find someone to help us. Dirty towels and dirty dishes left behind from previous guest. No remote. New remote took 5 hours to get there and towels never replaced

Soso served purpose

Quick one night stay and the Inn served our purpose but bothered me I paid $59 for cleaning and place was very dirty my wife put a towel on bathroom so she wouldn’t walk on it. A smoke detector was on floor and dishwasher was full of dishes.

We stayed in room 307 and it was terrible. The keypad lock was gone so there was only the physical key in an old key box on the door frame. So if they send you a "door code" that won't work because the lock was removed. You'll have to text them for code to open the key box for the physical key. That wasn't really an issue though. The issue was the quality of the room, couch, beds, bathroom, etc. The beds are very very old spring mattresses that will leave you either unable to sleep or very sore. Think of those cheap hospital plastic spring mattresses. No A/C in the bedroom so it's very hot. The bathroom feels dirty and has broken accessories like the toilet paper holder. The floor in the whole condo feels mushy like they laid vinyl over carpet or rotting wood. No cable or TV streaming. There is a roku in the living area and some past guests accounts were still logged in so I guess if you luck out from a past guest you may have something to watch. Basically the quality of this condo is that of a really crappy roadside motel. Stay at your own risk.

This property has been renovated but they certainly did it on the cheap side it was surface clean but not deep cleaned. The kids pool was filthy The lounge chairs by the gate to the ocean were disgusting You don’t encounter any person working the front desk or lobby because there is no one so when you have a problem good luck. I would not recommend this property

We never saw or talked with a human! Had one bath towel no face towels! Our spread on bed had blood stains! I sent a picture! Got an I apologize, That didn’t help us with morning shower! Also no soap only shampoo in the shower! Not a bad location, just not managed well for guests

I wish I could upload the pictures I took. The furniture was stained and gross. The place smelled of mold. What was really upsetting was the pictures online were beautiful. Once I walked in the kitchen was a dump. The bathroom was gross. I immediately tried to speak with somebody. I was only able to text. They did offer me another suite. I immediately declined. I just wanted to go home. I wish I could have gotten my money back. It is what it is. I know the place was super cheap for the weekend. I immediately found out way. Do not waste your time and money.

This was the worst stay I've ever experienced with Expedia. I do not recommend this place are comforter, sheets and bed covered in stuff all layers it was disgusting, there was no shampoo or hair dryer. There was no key pad on the door for code I was given there was only lockbox for physical key. I reported all this to contact and sent photos of everything. Including this place had so much damage from what seemed like it flooded , stains on couches and everything we wanted to leave thankfully they at least had someone drop off clean sheets as at first they told us it would be morning before we could get clean bedding so we slept on top of those

The hotel is being operated as an AirBnB and not a hotel. If I wanted this, I would have booked through AirBnB not Expedia. The advertising on Expedia does not reflect this correctly along with all the other parts of this Expedia won't let me leave a review on. No where in this comment am I mentioning: Don't mention specific prices or room rates Leave out any profanity Don't reference personal information Exclude photos containing inappropriate or unrelated content. If Expedia continues to censor unfavorable comments, I will post this online. Note I have screen shotted both my comments, and your emails saying I must revise. If you want honest feedback, here it is. If you want me to post this in Reddit and other sites, I will do it there.

Coastal Waters looking tired

Coastal Waters is a little run down and in need of some refurbishing. The construction in the unit above us may be a start to that, but it also made our stay noisy. The bathtub fixtures were difficult to use and the 4 burner stove in the kitchen did not work at all. But it is ocean front and the view of the beach was fabulous and that is why were there

The furniture was outdated, broken and old. I needed a get away place where I could get a peace of mind, but the constant banging made it impossible to do so. They should had warn you that the place was being work on.

The place is old but is in the process of being updated but in some areas it looks like they went with the lowest bidder. Without night staff it got a little noisy around the pool about one in the morning and someone unlocked the door to our room and came in at 12:15AM. The room and pool were nice and clean.

It's worn out and dated. Wouldn't stay here again. Location on the beach is about the only good thing I could say about it.
