The staff are friendly and the room was clean, but the room was in terrible condition. There was an enormous rip in one of the sheer curtains, the remote had some kind of stickers stuck to the back of it, and the furniture was badly damaged. Also, when I arrived to check in quite late at night there was no one at the front desk. I checked in the back, tried calling out, and calling the hotel phone number, but no luck. I had confirmed before my flight that they had 24 hour front desk service. I waited so long that I was starting to worry the front desk person had been injured or fallen ill somewhere and was looking up the number for other nearby hotels in the same chain that I could reach out to for help, when the desk attendant came wandering up and said there was an issue with a hair dryer in one of the rooms that they had been dealing with. Very frustrating.
