I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code for the main door to the building I had to asked another guest! The manager said he be there until should I have any issues. I tried to take a shower then the whole room was flooded not just the bathroom! I very quickly got dressed and looked around the building to find the manager. I looked around all the main corridors on the ground floor and he was nowhere to be seen at 5:20pm. I managed to find a mop & bucket and struggled back to the room, walking with one crutch in one hand and the mop & bucket in the other. It took me 45mins-1hr to mop up the whole floor/drying sections with towels that I couldn’t get to using the mop. I still needed a shower so I tried again but I was very cautious whist using it. The shower tray wasn’t draining properly but no water was coming out from there but a crack underneath. The next day the manager stoped me outside very frustrated that I didn’t contact him/said there was a leak in the room below like it was my fault!
