This experience was the worst I have ever had in my whole life. We came at the time of the checking, there were a lot of people, some did not find a room knowing that we all booked and paid. We have got one, after a long hours of wait. We have been to the room just to put our goods before going out. When we came back to the hotel, surpise : the room was not ready at all. No beds, the sheets were not there, no towers, no coffes, no kettle and many things were missing. The phone was also not working, so no possible to contact the reception without moving physically. After a long trip and walk in the city, and with baby, there was literally no ready room to get a rest. We were tired, my baby was crying, a very stressful situation.
One person was in the reception, and was just lost with all the issues happening with the other customers, and our issue.
After 1 hour fight, I asked for a refund, and they promised to do something about it, and said there is no other available room as the hotel was full. So we have accepted to take a sheets and a towers for the night, as we did not have any other choise and my baby was just super tired. We could sleep only at 2am, my baby too.
There was no confort at all, and instead of having a restful weekend, we have got a lot of stress and pression.
In addition, they don't explain the process. For the parking, when we tried to leave the hotel, the door was closed, so we were blocked. To finish, today they announced that no refund will be done.
