My booking was cancelled on arrival at 4am. I had 2 suitcases and came from a 26 hour flight. I was tired. The reason from the front desk clerk stating that my room was cancelled without communication, is that my tariff rates were too low, which I had bought through Expedia. Expedia shame on you for having them on your list.
Apparently Expedia couldn’t get through since glitz hotel group is a travel company, that’s what the clerk stated.
I was so tired and requested to pay the difference. But was told that I couldn’t. The night clerk had absolutely no compassion or desire to help.
They did let me stay for the same rate after a 2 hour back and forth between Expedia, the front desk and self.
I have no idea how it has a 10 for the ratings. There is nothing 10 except for the housekeeping staff who are always willing to help.
I have used Expedia for all my travel. But this one!!!!!!WOW.
