Check-in was smooth, and the pretty girl named Isis was very helpful and professional, which gave me an upbeat, welcoming feeling to stay, as I used to stay here frequently many years ago. Unfortunately, the very rude woman who was trying to kick me out of my stay by accusing me of overstaying just to find out I fly back to London every month to enjoy the relaxing time here. Every time I went back, I always chose to stay here. That was the reason why she saw me in this hostel often, but I never overstayed. She then realized she was wrong, but still, that was a far and disgusting misuse of power. She shouldn't be allowed to get back to work, but it’s biased and disgusting to see that she went back to work there. I saw her on the morning of September 4th. She gave off a very toxic vibe—unfriendly, unwelcoming, as if she was miserly and unhappy to see me back in the place I used to love. So, no more bookings at this hotel because of the toxic staff. Goodbye.
