Dear Management,
I am writing to formally complain about our stay at your resort and the extremely serious and unacceptable treatment we experienced from members of your staff.
We arrived at your resort expecting a safe, relaxing holiday. Instead, we were subjected to repeated harassment and misconduct by employees of the resort. As young guests, we were treated in a deeply inappropriate manner. Staff members touched us without consent, would not leave us alone, and filmed us without permission. This behavior was threatening, invasive, and completely unacceptable.
Most seriously, one member of our group was sexually assaulted by a staff member. This is a criminal act and a profound violation of personal safety and trust. As a direct result of the actions of your employees, our entire holiday was destroyed.
Because of what happened, we were forced to separate, move to different hotels, seek medical treatment at a hospital, and spend our time dealing with trauma instead of enjoying our vacation. No guest should ever have to experience this—especially at the hands of resort staff who are supposed to ensure safety and care.
The resort is responsible for the conduct of its employees. What occurred represents a complete failure in duty of care, security, and professional standards. We did not come to your resort to feel unsafe, harassed, or violated—we came to rest and enjoy our holiday.
Due to the severity of these events, we are requesting:
• A full refund for our stay
