Room was a good size and very clean on arrival.
a couple of annoying issues -
1. Key card stopped working at pone point and had to go back down and get it recoded.
2. on day 2 - we left the room and asked for it to be cleaned and for the fridge to be replenished. When we returned late at night, apart from the bed being made, nothing else had been done in the room - used towels had been left in bathroom and not replaced, used mugs / glasses not replaced, empty bottles of water left on the counter, was very disappointed given that we had left the room at approx. 13.00 and returned at 22.30pm and the cleaning staff had not done their job... when we wanted to go to sleep after a long day in a clean room, but had wait. Also as there was no phone in the room to contact reception, we had to go down 11 floors each time, wait in the queue if they were serving others and come back up and wait, then had to go again as no one turned up from housekeeping, and eventually someone came up from reception and sorted out the basics themselves.
did complain at the desk, but staff didn't really seem that bothered.
