Great stay. Convenient, clean, and comfortable. It’s a Motel so you get what you pay for. I’ve stayed here a few times, just a place to rest my head after long day at the parks. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Parking was super tight The advertised breakfast was non existent and when management was asked the answer was “no breakfast” and you are dismissed The beds had a sheet and a super thin bedspread The light at the pool was broken Cleaning staff were super nice

FUE UNA ATENCIÓN CORDIAL, SON AMABLES Y ES SENCILLO EL LUGAR, PERO MUY LIMPIO Y CUMPLIO CON MIS ESPECTATIVAS. NO TUVE NINGÚN PROBLEMA.

Roaches all over the room. Cigarette burns in the bedding. No smoke detector in room. Strange odor thru out the room. Dirty shower. Very hard bed. Mold in bathroom. Dirty walls.

Walls were stained, huge gaps around the doors and killed a cockroach... besides that bed was firm, shower was hot, enough towels, sheets were clean buuuuut somebody lied about the free breakfast cuz there was none . One thing that sold me was the free parking and the distance to the Disney shuttle at toy story parking lot, short 10 minute walk or less practically on the lot..oh and the pool was questionable...

The office was alwyas locked. =The foreign lady working there could hardly communicate with me through a window, through a window no less!! . She did not know where we could find a nice breakfast. We found the Wyndam cafe across the street. Very nice and adequate. I mentioned this to her but I'm sure she did not understand the fact that if the hotel does not provide breakfast, the staff should be able to recommend something decent to their guests. All she did was smile and smile and smile but not say much. Very frustrating!! This is America and you need Americans on staff who know the culture and can work in it.

The room was tidy and fairly comfortable, but the door had a lot of gaps allowing outdoor air in. The old heater seemed to manage at least. Most annoyingly, the walls are thin, meaning I could hear a lot from the rooms around me..as I was here one night, I felt it was passable, but I would caution anyone looking to stay multiple days.

The Good-Was able to park on site during the day prior to check in and go to Disneyland. Woman at the desk was friendly. Great price and easy walk to Disneyland. The Bad-When we got to the room after a day at Disney there were roaches in the room, on the walls and floor. After killing 5, and my daughters freaking out, we had to leave at 11:30 pm and go find and pay for another hotel. There was no way my family was going to sleep in that room.

Room was dirty. Clump of hair found in the bed. Graffiti on the walls. Hand prints on the doors and walls. I struggled to breathe due the amount of dust in the room. Left a day early because I was getting sick from the room. Eyes were also burning. They refused to offer a refund.

The room needs some major TLC. Bad floorboards, chipped paint and very dirty in general. AC was a 2/10. It was incredibly hot in the room our entire stay.

Half a mile to Disney main gate. Room only had a harsh overhead fluorescent light and no plugs by the bed for charging devices. Room had no closet. Room had one disgusting and dirty old fabric dining chair. Only three small cheap bath towels for two guests. I had to ask daily for new ones, and on the last full day the towels were not replaced at all. No hand towels at all were provided, only one face cloth. Bed was rock hard. Felt like the Peking lot was pretty empty and most rooms appeared vacant. The hotels and motels nearby seem more desirable but were not available when I booked our Disney trip.
