My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. What made the experience especially memorable were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional at all times. They always made sure that guests felt comfortable and cared for, and they were very helpful whenever assistance was needed. Their positive attitude and excellent hospitality created a warm and friendly environment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would gladly visit again in the future.

A wonderful stay!

The place is new and I loved it. The pools are amazing. The apartment had everything we needed. I will stay here again. The was some small stains on the bed comforter, but aside from that the place was very clean. Location is awesome. Neighborhood is safe. The place looks better than the pictures!

10/10 extremely great value

Great stay here and totally recommend. The entertainment package on the TV was fantastic and more than you expect. The cleaners were friendly and efficient. The host were great at communicating- I dealt with Selassi and Richard. The apartment is in a gated community with security and very safe. The pool is nice and the gym is well equipped. I will definitely book again when Im in Accra

It was the worst nightmarish experience ever. Clearly, Cozy is grossly understaffed or yhey have no clue what t he hospitality business is all about. After flying all the way from Washington to Accra, exhausted, there was nobody to receive me at the Reception on behalf of Cozy. The property staff tried their best at 22.00h but they couldn't offer me a room! Telephone lines went dead and I was on my own. Thankfully, I was able to make expensive international calls to Expedia and the staff of Expedia, were exceptional. They they got me another facility to accommodate me for the night. This is my second time of being hosted by cozy and my experiences from both interactions are nothing to write home about. I'm sorry. Do better folks!

The air-conditioning was not working in the room at the television was not working in the room. We called the agent for help. The agent was not answering his phone. I wouldn’t recommend staying there. We moved to Embassy Gardens.

Horrible agency. Different agency runs different apartment in the building, therefore no set standard. House keeping barely showed up. We ran out of toilet paper from day one. No wifi. We shared wifi with a different unit which was very sow, I had to get a SIM card and use my data. We were supposed to get our own wifi the next day, I messaged the agent about the situation but it never got resolved. Only one towel and two pillows. We asked for extra pillows but they said no. Towels only got replaced one time for a 10 days stay. Gym staff and management are very rude. Lastly, I was charged 50 cedes for breaking one drinking glass by the house keeper.

The room is nice but the service is terrible. Although the property is within a larger hotel, this particular unit is owned by one person. So when I got there I had to call the number from my booking, the receptionist couldn’t help me. My main issue is that on the night I got there, I noticed that my towel was stained. It was late at night so I requested that they bring a fresh one first thing in the morning. It didn’t come. I had to dry off with a beach towel I brought. I called again in the morning and still didn’t receive a towel until 2pm. If I didn’t have my own towel, I would have had to wait until 2pm to shower. I accidentally locked myself out on the 2nd night and practically had to beg before the guy brought the extra key. I had to promise him a tip before he came.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and everything we needed was there. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We especially appreciated the atmosphere and how well the staff took care of the guests. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
