A fabulous place to say. Both the staffing and the facility were wonderful.The room was so thoughtfully designed and comfortable and beautiful. The staff was helpful and gave us great restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was fresh and outstanding. A very quick walk from the train station. We give them a 10 out of 10 on every metric.

We stayed at the Mirabeau Resort & Spa for 2 nights. It's a wonderful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. They upgraded our room to a better one without us even asking, for which we are extremely grateful. We lived in a truly luxurious environment. The view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was stunning. Free transfer from the train station to the hotel. Decent breakfast. Excellent spa. The hotel is very well located, right in the center, yet on a quiet street. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was close and easy to get to from Zermatt station. They offered a room upgrade and we really enjoyed the room itself as well as the view from the balcony. Though it should be noted that the upgraded room has to be reached by using stairs. All the pools and saunas are very clean and well maintained. The waiters at the breakfast were a bit unfriendly and there were one point when they took away our undone plate without asking and we were a bit surprised by that. However, all the front staffs were very kind and helpful. They made sure our stay is comfortable and always greeted us whenever we passed in front of the reception. The hotel also had their own mascot which was a cow and you can buy it by telling the front staff. It is so adorable and I’m glad we noticed that they sell it.

Amazing hotel. Had a wonderful suite overlooking the matterhorn. So tranquil and beautiful. Very helpful staff, excellent facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great boutique hotel with great service!

Really enjoyed staying here! We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room which was fabulous! Hotel is an easy walk to train station, which is great because Zermatt does not allow cars in the city…so everyone comes in on the train. Also breakfast is included so that is very convenient.

We loved our stay at Mirabeau. Staff friendly and helpful (especially William!), nice room and breakfast was decent. Just a few steps from ski bus stop and around 5 minute walk in boots to the Sunnegga funicular. We will certainly stay here again.

Newly renovated, modern room. Excellent location, short walk to ski lift, ski rental and train station. In house restaurants, breakfast buffet included. Very attentive staff. Extensive spa services, lap swimming pool and saunas. We had a great time! Thank you!

Zentrales Hotel mit teil spektakulärer Aussicht

Vermisst habe ich vom Hotel eine kleine Geste zum 60. Geburtstag meiner Frau... eine Flasche Wein, ein offerierter Kaffee oder Dessert wäre sicher dringelegen, immerhin haben wir in 3 Tagen doch über SFR 2'000 liegengelassen...

Amazingly good

The hotel was awesome, we had a great time here. Our room was in the new building and everything was so clean and new. I especially loved the large bathroom with windows. We could also see the top of Matterhorn from the room. I also used the swimming pool and spa, both again very clean and nice. The swimming pool was made entirely of stainless steel, so it was super clean.

Lovely experience. First of all: it's the people. the gentleman on the desk was really kind and covered everything well at check in, which was nice as I was arriving late and he brought me to the room = never had that done before. this actually seemed what I would have thought of as Swiss experience.. the precooked - Scrambled eggs were nicely done - a rarity in my experience. And included in the price. Exceptional cooked breakfast options - - - I think 6-8 different tureens! But maybe they should use plastic tongs as they get hot on top of I think were induction plates? Breakfast was included too. The Downsides: The room was small, but you get what you pay for and it was really all I wanted. I think every hotel room need a table and a chair - which my smallish room did not have. I think in most places an option on Low fat milk would be nice. Cereal was in an odd place at breakfast. Pet peeve, the Orangejuice tasted like "concentrated Orange Juice: whereas I think most people would expect "not from concentrate". One issue was vertical blinds in the room - - - this is a no-no. A Basic function of any hotel window should be a blackout capacity. Everything, aside from 1 issue, was scrupulously clean. Notwithstanding it was Zermatt, the pricing was I thought very good for what I got, Overall a really really good experience. I'd love to go back sometime. Really close to the train . Pool was really wonderful!
