どんなに言葉を尽くしても足りないくらい、最高の宿でした。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、いつも親身になって接してくださり、私たちの北京滞在を最大限にサポートしてくださいました。 アフタヌーンティーも素晴らしく、八宝茶もお菓子や果物も美味しく、その空間、時間も大切な思い出となりました。 お部屋も清潔で、足りないものは何もなく、居心地の良いお部屋でした。 なんといっても、また皆さんに会いに、北京に戻りたい気持ちでいっぱいです！

We stayed for a short visit in Beijing. The location was great and the hotel beautiful and personal. The staff all deserve praise for how helpful they were! They made sure we were comfortable at all times, like before check-in when they gave us access to the tea room to clean up and snack before venturing out, or when they helped us order food to the hotel. Well worth a visit if you’re ever in Beijing.

We had an incredible stay! So much thought and care was put into all of our daily interactions with the friendly staff who went way above our expectations. Small details, such as packing a lunch for us when we left early for a day trip, and countless daily offerings of local treats to try, made for a special and unforgettable experience. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på hotellet. Hotellet er så fint, hyggeligt og flot indrettet. Alt er super rent. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. De gjorde alt for at gøre vores ophold bedst mulig. Personalets service er meget ud over det sædvanlige. Tusind tak for alt.

Highly recommend to all who want to experience Beijing Hutong living, very homey feel, the property is artistically designed and immaculately maintained , the tea serving ritual is a must to experience… and the traditional Beijing snacks (fried sauce noodles, wonton soup, tea cakes) are so yummy that my kids said they are the best food they have tried Beijing.

This is the type of place that you hope to return to. It is perfect in every sense. The staff and owner are very kind, the beds are comfortable and they always have some treats waiting for you when you come back tired. I only wish we stayed in Beijing longer.

We were warmly greeted on arrival. The property is beautiful and clean and all the staff were gracious hosts. The hotel is located in a hutong so not able to get dropped off or picked up in front of the property but only a short walk to the cross street. The complimentary breakfast had many hold and cold options and had staple Beijing breakfast items. They served afternoon tea but did not partake in that. They brought fresh coffee and tea to our room whenever we requested. The location is a busy area so lots to see and do and very close to Wangfujing road, but the property is on a quiet street. The staff were exceptional helping us with everything we needed and even sending us off with a gift and packed breakfast as we checked out very early. This is a hidden gem in old Beijing that met all our needs and would definitely return.

I highly recommend of this hotel as a perfect services under a small operation staffs but the staffs are perfectly served by the heart to the guests. Services including all room services at any time, free laundry, receiving delivery with a warm smile. 我高度讚揚及建議這小小四合院戈住宿 。服務人員不多，但每位均熱誠用心，服務既貼身又貼心，任何時間想吃的都按需要預備，免費洗衣服務，园內有美麗的花，可愛会唱歌的鳥还有肥肥的錦鯉 。簡直樂而忘返 。感謝各位員工的服務，讓我有难忘的住宿體驗 。

A Hidden Gem in Beijing – A Wonderful Family Stay! Our stay at Xinxiangyayuan was truly special. Tucked away in a quiet, traditional hutong, the hotel feels like a peaceful escape from bustling Beijing. Step through its grand red doors and you’re transported to another era, surrounded by beautiful Chinese architecture and décor, yet with all the modern comforts you could want. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was delightful, and afternoon tea became our favorite family ritual. After a morning of sightseeing, we loved returning to an elegant spread of fresh fruit, sweets, tea, and snacks before heading out for dinner. The location is excellent, just a short taxi ride from the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Temple of Heaven, and some wonderful restaurants. Our comfortable room also had plenty of TV options in both English and Chinese, which the kids appreciated. This was our children’s first trip to Beijing, and staying somewhere that so beautifully reflects the city’s history made it even more memorable. It felt like part of the experience, not just a place to sleep. A heartfelt thank-you to the manager and every member of the staff for making our family’s visit so wonderful. We would happily return and highly recommend Xinxiangyayuan!

We are a family of four and had a very pleasant 10-night stay. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Breakfast was enjoyable, with freshly made beef noodles and wonton soup, along with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was also convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend it to other travellers.

Det var et fantastisk ophold. Det var et super hyggeligt lille hotel. Virkelig lækkert værelse. Men personalet var det aller bedste. Vi har rejst meget, sjældent har vi mødt så imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Hvis man skal til Beijing skal man helt klart vælge det her hotel, og service info: prøv deres afternoon tea. De får mine bedste anbefaling.

This is a beautiful property in a lively neighbourhood, very charming. What made the experience special was the kind and attentive service from the staff. They were very helpful in helping us book activities, provide suggestions, ensure our stay is comfortable, and even went out of their way to provide early breakfast when we needed to leave early. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Every day we looked forward to the afternoon tea service, where we got to try many types of fruits, nuts, and handcrafted sweets, some were very artistic. They also brought warm milk to our room every night :) The rooms are clean and comfortable, the property has sweet birds and koi fish which were a fun addition! We would recommend anyone to stay here.
