I have many complaints about my stay at the hotel...
1.. The attitude was very bad and there was no one to talk to and get service..
2.. It was not stated in the reservation that it was not a hotel and that it was an Airbnb...
3... We did not receive towels and toilet paper in the first few days, which we ran out of...
4... They charged us more for an extra day and taxes for cleaning, and in euros and not in dollars as we booked through the HOTELS.COM website...
I would like to point out that I have been a regular customer for years and I was satisfied and I also recommended you to all my acquaintances.. But this time my vacation was severely affected, I have no words to describe how much we suffered...
I request a full refund for my entire stay at Residence al Massimo...
Please take care of my request as soon as possible...
