The place felt abandoned. It seemed to me they attempted to make a nice hotel but didn’t think anything through. You have to climb over the bed to get to the far side of the room because the size of the bed was too big for the size of the room. I had to sit on the toilet sideways because it is too close to the wall. No soap to wash hands in the bathroom. The bathroom door scraps loudly on the tile because the door is too long.
No towels near the pool. And the worst part was the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. There are hotels for half the price in Samana. I don’t understand why the guest is paying so much for this hotel. The amenities and care of the building doesn’t equal the price. So far in the Dominican Republic it is both the most expensive and worst hotel experience I have had.
