First off- the Panora Condos are nice. Not super fancy, but clean and seemingly well run building and facilities. Gym was good. Pools were nice and quiet and family friendly. The location is great with shopping, food, entertainment and good massage very close. You don't need a scooter or car to stay here.
The Unit we Rented was poorly run by the property manager working as the host. There were virtually no cleaning supplies. Not rags, no mop, no cleaning spray, just 1 tiny cheap sponge and the smallest cheapest dish soap you can buy. They supplied towels and floor mats for the washrooms. And sheets and 2 pillows on each bed but pretty much nothing else. The showers all had mold in the grout and glass and silicon. The washing machine was rotten with mold they way abused and neglected front load washers get over time. You could stay to be in the apartment with the washing machine open. I ask to have this cleaned and the did nothing about it but sent repair-men that I had to wait for on my vacation and they installed new rubber feet on the machine- delayed maintenance the property had put off and used me and my time to complete. The Property manager sent not cleaning people but repair men a second time to "fix" the mold that needed to be cleaned. They took my time again making me wait with them while the stripped the silicon for both shower spead new silicon made the entire Condo stink of construction and bad odors.
