First thing I like to do when I get to a room is unpack my clothes. They actually had two luggage racks for unpacking, however there was no dresser or closet to put my clothes. There was a utility closet without a bar or hangers, so I had to live out of the suit case. I just think that is really strange for a room that has a full kitchen. There was mold or mildew along the shower floor, walls could really use a code if paint, and the floor boards are badly warped. Bed and pillows were nice, and the window shaded blocked the light well. I’d say it was expensive for what I paid, but there was a music festival so everyone’s rates were higher than normal. It was next to a fire department, which I was worried about, but in the three nights there, I was never waken by it. It’s right off the blue line so very easy to get to and from O’Hare. I did have an issue where I didn’t get the check in details and tried calling the line for 747 Lofts it got no answer. The concierge service was able to get a hold of the owner, and I got the details the night before check-in. So the place has its pros and cons.
