The place was under renovation. I am happy they had some rooms. Half the price of all the other hotel. Staff did his best to make it a good stay

It was about as basic as it gets, but clean and quiet on our trip. It was not worth it to me to pay twice as much or more elsewhere in Anchorage. It is right on the edge of downtown, so walkable, though a longish walk.

This was by far the worst motel I have ever seen!it was falling apart, un-housed people were walking around and were given places to sleep . No security . Horrible!

Refrigerator had 3” of ice in it. Ice tray was not visible. Near a loud road. Guess you get what you pay for.

This place is stationed off like war zone. Price is low. Room is a place to get some sleep, not much more. The fencing across the main part of the hotel is disconcerting. Stayed there two nights, no problem, but seemed to be a hub for illicit activities. Just saying.

Room spacial and quiet. Staff was extremely helpful. Within walking distance it’s only gas station convenience store which was fine with me.

It was very disconcerting to pull into parking and see the majority of the property fenced off. Nor am I accustomed to seeing signage that says "We accept Medicare" at a 'hotel.

They had my room available until Midnight, 8 hours after the right time. They said I should consider myself lucky.

This did not feel like a safe building or area. Room was bare bones but not particularly clean, and the deadbolt had been removed from the interior of the door. Would not have felt safe without my husband also there, and even so we almost changed hotels last second.

The property looked like it should’ve been torn down! We pulled up in the Uber drive us waited because he was afraid to let us stay there. If it wasn’t 1 o’clock in the morning, I would’ve left and tried to find someplace else to stay. We needed to be on a cruise the following morning at 10 AM so we didn’t have much of a choice. The room smelled like it had just been sprayed with bug killer. The furniture looked like it came from a thrift shop. I would not recommend this place at all. Half the property was gated off with chain leak fence. This should be taken off the website altogether. Do not stay here.

YV cable was ripped out of the wall, electric baseboard heater disassembled and laying on floor. Room had only 2 bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Lamp was falling apart. I would not recommend this place.

Do not book this horrible disgustingly dirty hotel in a dangerous area unsafe unclean and apart from the human hair dirt and dust we found an empty packet of confoms on the floor and the worst thing was Hotels.com didn’t seem to care they said it was out of their hands So don’t not book this hotel it’s in a dangerous horrible area full of drug affected and sadly homeless people Hotels.com should delist it straight away !!!!

This place was terrible. Dirty we had two towels no washcloths no hand towels. And not a lot of anything else. We had a TV through the cracks your cable that went to nowhere so we got about four channels. Luckily I plugged my computer in with an HDMI cable and was able to watch some good shows off my computer. I would highly recommend you not stay here.
