From arrival we were disappointed but too late to cancel the first two nights.
It was raining on arrival, which made our delays on finding the hotel front door and car park a nuisance and very annoying. Hubby walked around trying to find the entrance - no luck. I found it but the door would not open - you had to have a card (we hadn’t checked in yet). I checked in, got told where to park the car. Went back to hubby and drove down to car park. Their instructions were vague to say the least.
The lift had issues reading the card to get it to work. After unloading our suitcases we went back to the car garage via an outdoor, side door lift. Still raining so getting wet again - code wouldn’t work to get that door to open. Luckily a lady was going in - she said our code was wrong! By now, we were very frustrated so after unloading our next lot of luggage, I cancelled the third night here.
On leaving we got to the car all right (with the correct code this time), but getting out with yet another code to press - that didn’t work straight away. We will not be back.
