LaTonya was amazing! We checked in late, near midnight, but she was cheerful and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed- extra towels, extra bedding, cold water bottles, and even our cruise gift bags.

Dustin was very helpful in helping find a lost cell phone and getting it shipped to us. The night front desk lady was also very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Well it was kind of disappointment š the people were nice, except the night girl she was not friendly! The place needs IMPROVEMENT, never been to a hotel where you have to watch tv sitting on a sofa š not the bed! Breakfast was lame! PLUS PEOPLE ARGUING AND SPEAKING VERY LOUD IN THE HALLWAY š”š”š”

The hotel left alot to be desired. The overall appearance of the hotel was very out dated. The elevators did not work. Climbing flights of stairs in July heat wasn't the best. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. It was notice able the furniture needed to be steam cleaned giving a grimy feeling to the entire room . Breakfast was disgusting. Powder eggs, rubbery waffles, half cooked breakfast sausages. Any perk I originally seen for staying here faded quickly.

It was an okay hotel, the elevators did not work at all and we were not informed of this until we arrived at 10 at night after driving 16 hours. Then we were put in the room on the 2nd floor right beside the stairwell so there was quite a bit of noise, knowing EVERY guest would have to use the stairs it seems as though that would be the last room to be used but we booked several weeks ago. The room was very clean and comfortable, we loved that they had regular sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles attached to the shower wall at a convenient height. The breakfast was good Sunday however Monday had only one pot of severly watered down coffee and cold, soggy Bob Evans sandwiches. Monday the sausage was flavorless and the potatoes were undercooked. The employees were all super polite and helpful though. The pool and hot tub were okay, they could both have been cleaned better.

I travel to the Tampa-St. Pete area every few weeks, and I've seen a lot of hotels. This one was a standout due to service and overall comfort.

Arrived I was a little off putt by the worker smoking outside in the front of the building⦠But thatās not necessarily a reflection on the establishment. I was shut down the hotel staff was nice, however, when I went to my room, it was very rundown. It had a stench. And the TV was no bigger than a 12 inch. I paid 120 something dollars for one night. This was a disappointment to say the least. The entire night in the room I kept waking up because I felt very uncomfortable. It was very icky feeling. The continental breakfast was not satisfactory to say the least. I checked out a day early and lost $110 for the second night. Also, the pullout couch looked like it was torn, and the carpet was not cleaned.
