The customer service at Dreams was excellent — the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
I would especially like to recognize the following team members for their outstanding service:
>Virginia, host at Ocean Restaurant — super kind, welcoming, and professional
>Ocean Restaurant servers Alejandro & Miguel — attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service
>Clara, assistant sommelier — amazing knowledge and great recommendations
>Eugenia, bar service — always cheerful and efficient
>Roberto, restaurant server (rotating) — professional and attentive
>Juan Carlos, beach & pool service — beautiful decorations, incredibly hardworking, and always helpful
While the service was exceptional, there were some room issues that were disappointing, and it seems that pre-arrival room checks could be improved—such as checking for non-working lights, clogged sinks, and similar details. Also, although the restaurants offer a good variety, the overall food quality could use some attention and seems to have deteriorated compared to previous stays.
Overall, the employees truly made a difference in our experience. With a few improvements in room preparation, management, and food quality, this hotel has the potential to be outstanding.
