OK - but there are some comfort and service issues
I recently stayed at the Mercure Daventry Court Hotel and found the experience to be a mix of positives and areas for improvement.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient, especially for those attending events in the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which I appreciated.
However, the check-in process was slower than expected, with a noticeable queue that didnāt move very quickly. My room was unfortunately quite cold, and despite raising this with the staff, the issue wasnāt resolved during my stay. Additionally, the bed was not particularly comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good nightās sleep.
There was also a noisy event taking place in the hotel that evening, which affected the overall atmosphere and made it hard to relax.
Overall, while the staff and location are definite strengths, there are some comfort and service issues that need attention to make this a more enjoyable stay.
