I picked this one because it said there was a hot tub in the room and there was not. There were only sheets on the bed. No blankets. There was a sign of rules that looked like it belonged in a prison yard. I was targeted by 2 barking dogs on the property and the owner tried to shoo them away like I was at a backyard cookout so the pet friendly policy is a little too relaxed in my opinion. But the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the convenience store was Hella cheap for a hotel store.

It smelled like someone just put a cigarette out in my room when I get there, the TV was broken, and the battery was missing in the smoke detector. I was only sleeping for a few hours and moving on so I was going to toothy it out and decided to shower after a long day on the road. In the bathroom there was a pubic hair the size of my wrist stuck to the light with a place of tape stuck to it, no idea how that happens but it happened, in my hotel room! I get out of the shower and as I’m brushing my teeth I see a large bug on the ceiling and after searching the pic in Google, several sources confirm my fear, a roach, a German Roach to be precise. I immediately start packing my stuff as the truck is better than this by a wide margin and when I pick my shirt up (there for 10 minutes with all the lights on) another bug runs out from underneath, too quick to clearly identify but it didn’t matter I was out of there. Their office closed at 11:00 and this was probable 11:20ish and after the difficulty checking in due to the language barrier and what sounded like the same person answering when I called to ask for a refund I just let it be and took the loss. I never leave reviews but this was bad enough to try and warn others, this place is dirty and absolutely infested with bugs, I’d sleep in a Waffle House dumpster before I slept here, you’ve been warned!

First, I reserved two double queen rooms over a month ago. We arrived and they rented our rooms already. We had to change to one single king and one double queen, but they charged me the same price. This is a very sketchy area with lots of transients. Appears to be more of an extended stay for low income. Someone did burn outs and i thought they were gong to hit the building at 2 am, a fight occurred about 3 am leaving blood and broken pipes / flooding.

The staff was very helpful and quite kind. I enjoyed the aspect of gated parking. I was not a fan of no place to hang your towels. All towel racks had been removed. (Maybe they were renovating and I caught them in between.) Going from the parking lot to the room there was a grass field that you had to watch your step for it was covered in dog droppings all over the area The room was very clean and the water pressure was wonderful. Overall it was a great place to stay for a great price.

got to the location to find out they didn’t save my room, even after confirming with me earlier in the day that i needed two queen beds. they even tried to get me to take a king sized bed for three people!

The staff closed the office early, we didn't get the room we booked for, should not have paid what we did! The shower was leaking from the shower head, floor was dirty and the AC fan was waaaayyyy to loud, and we should not have had to put $50 down for incidentals when the room already had problems!

Upon my arrival to this extremely dangerous, and crime filled little pocket of prostitution, rape, robbery, homelessness, drug addicts, and overall despair, my initial thought was. Did I take a wrong turn?

10/10 I would Go back Again

The people working behind the desk were amazing. The characters staying at the hotel have seen better days. The interior of the room I stayed at looked amazing and the attention to cleanliness and space and all the things you could even ask for in a <50 USD a night hotel was amazing. The workers obviously are working their tails off to make a relatively shady area glean bright. These are the people that create social order and they give back a lot more than what others do. So thank you, I really hope they have great long healthy safe lives and they aren't mistreated.

No cable box in room so no television. Not told this when I checked in. No hot tub crappy walk in shower. ZERO room service and room was never made up. Had double beds not a king. Had to go get towels since they never came to the room and they were awful. No coffee in lobby. All in all a horrible stay and will never go back there again. Room did not look like anything pictured on the Expedia web site.

Did not receive the room that I booked. Property is under remodel. Pictures and brochure did not match the rooms. Full-size fridge was a mini fridge. Bedsheets had cigarette burns and were stained.
