I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a generally positive experience.
One of the biggest advantages was the 24-hour check-in, which was incredibly convenient since my flight arrived late at night. The check-in process was quick, efficient, and hassle-free. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bed appeared freshly made, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
The location was another major plus. There were plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and things to do, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
My stay wasn't without issues, however. Shortly after I checked into my room on the 9th floor, one of the elevators broke down. This meant several trips up and down eight or nine flights of stairs, which was far from ideal. The electrical outlets next to the bed also did not work, forcing me to unplug the TV in order to charge my phone and watch.
The bathroom also had an odd design flaw: the shower was missing a door, which resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor during use. It wasn't a dealbreaker for a one-night stay, but it was definitely inconvenient and created an unnecessary mess.
My other concern was room security. While the door did have an additional deadbolt, the secondary security measure was only a basic chain lock. There was also visible hallway light coming through around the lock area, which made me question how securel
