Wonderful stay! Beautiful location, a lovely room and great food (we had the LUXME package). The highlight for us was the Hot Stone Restaurant. The pools, spa and beach were all fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. The waterpark is separate for the children, which is great, and there is also horse riding available. We have been coming here for three years in a row and we will definitely come back again!

Lovely resort with water park which keep kids busy and entertained. It has its own sandy beach and several pools to relax. Food with good variety and of good quality. Overall we had a great stay and we recommend it for families

Deniz çok güzeldi. Kum ve tertemiz. Otelde gayet keyifliydi ancak çok tatsız bir kaza geçirdik ve otel personeli ve otel doktoru hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar. Eşimin ayağındaki ciddi sakatlığı bilmelerine rağmen, geç çıkış imkanı verilmedi. Pazar günü yakınlardaki hastaneye tek başımıza gitmek zorunda kaldık. Biraz daha özenli ve ilgili olabilirlerdi.

The property itself is a really good standard. The pools are amazing and the grounds are kept in really good condition. However for us it was completely undone by the poor level of service we received. We you arrive you have to check yourself in and scan your passports using an app. For us this was while three reception staff stood and watched me struggle while holding my three year old daughter and sniggered, they then said you are bed and breakfast go to room with no information about the hotel itself. Next was the restaurant, three different staff being unable to give any information about the restaurant or prices and being redirected back to reception Buffet food itself was okay, lots of choice and all well prepared, however you’d expect that when you get charged 145 euros for two adults (we were not charged for our three year old) Also rooms are advertised as sound proofed, but don’t be fooled, however fresh and clean they were, they weren’t enough to only be able to sleep after 11pm. When we complained the guest relations services said sorry but there was a wedding on what do you expect. No offer of compensation, just an email from the manager (who didn’t want to speak to us before we left the next morning) email just said sorry, thanks for your feedback we will look into putting guests elsewhere next time. Five star premises, with two star staff.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο καθαρό με ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει! Το waterpark και οι πισίνες φανταστικά με πολλές νεροτσουλήθρες για μικρούς και μεγάλους! Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι όμορφοι και προσεγμένοι! Το φαγητό καλής ποιότητας και με μεγάλη ποικιλία! Η θάλασσα ακριβώς μπροστά ρηχή με άμμο! Διαθέσιμες πετσέτες στις πισίνες και στην παραλία! Συστήνω το ξενοδοχείο ανεπιφύλακτα! Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!

This is our second trip to this property. The grounds are unbeatable. But for the price NOT worth it. Not clean. Hard to find anyone for a clean towel or drink. Room not ready on arrival. Room way different than pictured. Food was good. Super disappointed. Won’t be back.

Gerne wieder

Wir fahren bereits seit 12 Jahren in das Resort und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist für unseren Anspruch sehr gut. Essen in den a-la-carte Restaurants ist ausgezeichnet, in wenigen Gehminuten gibt es auch eine sehr gute Taverne (Taverna Amvrosio).

Die Zimmer sind in Sanierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Die Familien Zimmer sind alle im Erdgeschoss mit eher schlechter Sicht auf das Meer und offener, für jeden zugänglicher Terrasse. Ameisen im Zimmer Kanalgeruch im Zimmer Klamm / feucht im Zimmer Keine 5 Sterne Bei einem übernaxhtungspreis von 500€ absolut nicht empfehlenswert Die Anlage ist für Kinder gut- allerdings sind Getränke und Essen viel zu teuer (4x so teuer als außerhalb) Keine Schränke im Zimmer - keine Ablagemöglichkeit Vögel im Frühstücksraum- picken am nur mit Servietten abgedeckten Brot. Problem ist dort bekann und wird toleriert. Unhygienischer geht es kaum. Eine Haube würde helfen... Da gibt es weitaus bessere Hotels

Amazing family hotel

Amazing family hotel by the beach having a lot of activities for kids and for all the family Excellent service and friendly staff The food is very good in the buffet only The restaurants are not so good for what you are paying The spa is very good The beach is perfect and the sea is ideal for kids I recommend this to anyone and not only for families Also close to patra and you can take the boat to Europe easily

Beachside luxury with summer-camp fun on the side

The Grecotel is a large complex with two expansive hotels, water park, horse riding, archery, paintball, water sports, etc. It's basically a pair of luxury hotels attached to a summer camp, located along an amazingly beautiful stretch of the Ionian Sea. The setting is stunningly beautiful, with shallow sandy beaches to play on and crystal clear water. The resort has a large number of swimming pools and all the facilities and restaurants that you would expect. We stayed in a family suite, which is a long narrow room with a double bed and a glass sliding door separating that room from two single beds for the kids. Not exactly private but great if you're travelling with small children. The rooms are terraced because the resort is set up a hillside, so the water views are good although we were looking onto the top of the next set of rooms further down the hill. In retrospect we would probably rent two rooms if we returned, just to have a bit more space and privacy. Overall, the resort is comfortable and extremely well set up for all kinds of activities. There is a certain guided-activities vibe that felt a little forced - eg at night all the restaurants change from casual dining to a la carte and you're expected to dress up for the occasion, but there was nowhere to get just a coffee. This is a resort designed for Greek families wanting to take advantage of the area and its beauty, and if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area it is definitely a great choice.
