The pub is situated in a beautiful village with easy access to the country park. The room was clean and well-appointed with all that you need for a short stay.

Great room, separate from the pub but I prefer that. Could park my car right outside.

Very impressed with the room, it’s rooms behind the pub so wasn’t necessarily expecting much but the room was so lovely, had everything you could need and more and was a brilliant base for nearby Newmarket Races Would definitely recommend and would book again

Mould- looked like black mould? In the bathroom in multiple places. Unfortunate as rest of the room was lovely.

Ideally located for Cambridge bus stop across way. Room quite small but clean and warm. Ideally located to pub which does good food, plus couple of others in walking distance in village. Accommodation is separate to the pub and no noise heard.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. It's a simple, no-frills place with basic amenities, but it delivered exactly what we expected. Don't judge a book by its cover. The room is renovated and unique. Breakfast was not included but you can purchase it, the day before. We asked for an English breakfast, paid in advance and was served in the morning at the scheduled time. It was one of the best breakfast we had. The coffee was exceptional. A nice selection to start the day, and the overall experience was great value for money. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay without the extras, this is a solid choice.

Great place to stay and eat!

Excellent accommodation, separate to the pub. Very clean; clean and comfy beds; clean and fluffy towels. We ate in the pub, which was amazing!

Bar area and food is good The accommodation, which is the most important is dated and very basic, damage to furniture, deep cup stains on table, minimal trowels etc in the room The floor is laminate / Vinyl and was sticky, so much so i wore socks from stepping out of the shower as the floor felt dirty. The description is i would say a little misleading ! Our rooms were described as " Deluxe Double Room, Accessible, Ensuite " that is far from the actual rooms we were issued The Courtyard is a pub Car Park with furniture stacked up in in it and a small outside area of the pub with tables. The block the rooms are in is a separate run of timber brick construction on a single floor run of 4 rooms. Personally i would not stay again. Not the worst, but i and indeed my Business college were expecting a little better quality of room and decor
