Annonsen hade svårtolkade bilder. Förstabilden dessutom på en fastighet på andra sidan byn. Boendet extremt trångt. Borde inte hyras ut till tonårsfamilj eller fyra vuxna. Tre av fyra i sällskapet var längre än 180 cm och två av sängarna var 180 cm långa. På morgonen började ägaren att rensa sly precis utanför vår dörr så att min man som behövde ta ett jobbsamtal behövde lämna huset. Kan passa bra till små familjer. Boendet var rent och vi fick ett trevligt mottagande när vi kom.

David and Maureen were very accommodating! They provided the instructions on how to get to the cabin, geeeted us when we arrived and helped with anything we had questions about. It was a cute cabin that provided everything we needed for our stay.

Very compact and simple. Affordable. Very friendly owners that provide great customer service.If you're visiting Scotland, you want to be out exploring it. This property provides a great and affordable home base to sleep and eat, so you're energized and ready for tomorrow's next adventure.

Cosy

My 1st thought was it would be cold, but the cabin quickly warmed up and stayed warm. Small but has all you need to use as a base to discover Inverness, Culloden and surrounding areas.

We got immediate access to the property which was spotless and as per the advert. We received a warm welcome to the property just after arrival. The rooms are a bit smaller than the pictures make out but maybe that was our imagination. Note the shower room is inside the main bedroom. The bunks are more for children of 14 years or below, our older teenagers struggled with their length. Even though the kitchen is small it had all you needed for breakfast & lunch. Only microwave for cooking hot meals but we knew this in advance as we planned to eat out. A great place for exploring Inverness and the area with nice walks to Culloden village. Highly recommend if you are on a tight budget and place to sleep for a few nights.

Very comfortable, clean, and cozy

The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Slept like a baby in the fresh smelling bedding. Our host was friendly and helpful when directions were needed and local places to visit. Just a warning the walls are thin and you can hear the people in the next cabin. However, this was never an issue for us.

Nice placed, a bit cramped for space!

Close to Battlefield of Culloden and about 30 minutes from Loch Ness. Close to a Tesco as well. The cabin is fairly small, the double bed is pushed up against the wall and there isn't much space to maneuver on the other side. The dining area is also a bit small, we were two people, and we don't know how we would have managed with 4 which is the max capacity of the cabin. There are bunkbeds in the living area which we used for storage. The fridge wasn't very cold, unsure of whether it's missing some refrigerant or if it was broken. Maureen and David were nice hosts and returned our phone after we left it by accident.
