En mi opinión, y después de conocer muchos hoteles y alojamientos, creo que el checkin es muy tarde, debería ser a las 15:00 y el check out debería ser a las 12:00, por lo demás muy buena ubicación, y muy lindo el apartamento.

The apartment itself was fine, but the location comes with an issue. It's lively from the street, which you'd expect in this kind of area. The issue wasn't general noise leaking in from pubs and restaurants, but the pub right next door, which had music at near-club level until 3:30 am. In my apartment the music was effectively in the room next to mine. If you plan to turn in before 3 am, I don't recommend this accomodation.

Wonderful location. A couple of minor maintenance items should have been handled but it was a very nice little apartment. Could have lived there for weeks! I would stay again.

Quite noisy apartment right above a pub. Electronic key at main door just not working properly, took minutes of tapping away before the numbers lit up, I nearly had to call the 24 number. (I reported this to them). Internet didn’t really work, I was flat 1 and there was no flat 1 to join, there was flat 2 which I joined but the connection was crap. Didn’t report it cos I just tethered my phone. Also what was annoying was I had to email them separately to get the key codes, they should just do this via the app, onus should not be on me to email them! I often don’t check the check in details until an hour or so before I arrive, and then I’m directed to email someone. Nah. Has to be better than this. It was a nice clean apartment and good location but I would not stay there again.

This property was excellent! It was modern, clean, comfortable. The location itself, was pumping! Train station next door - The tower bridge and the Thames a short walk. Lots of restaurants around to eat. Highly recommend.

This is one of the worst night's sleep I have ever had. Arrived at the place and it was fairly easy to get in, there was also an air con unit which is positive. I thought it was good when I was first in but sadly that is where the positives end. There was grotty false eyelashes all over the food prep area, which was disgusting. When I flagged to the team they essentially said 'noted'. There was loud music which I assumed was the pub next door, it wasn't terrible just classic central london noise. However, when it went past midnight and the volume got louder I was a bit concerned. This thumping noise was through the flat (first floor) until 3.30AM. I put on white noise loudly and also put earplugs in but it was seriously loud. It was the greek wrap place underneath which shuts at 2am and then took 90 mins of I assume cleaning up before the shutters went down and it went quiet. I had three hours sleep, it was awful. When I complained about the cleaning and the noise I got a really unsatisfactory response which was basically 'not our problem'. Would never book again.

Easy access to London Bridge underground, 2 markets nearby and Borough Market minutes away. My only complaint is that wifi was unavailable during my stay. It only worked 1 out of 7 nights so had to rely on roaming (ouch)

In normal weather, this place would be fine. In a heat emergency, it was problematic. I booked knowing that London now experiences high heat in summer, so I looked specifically for a/c. This property claims to have it, but that's debatable. I travel in Europe a lot and know that their idea of a/c is not the same as in the US. However, this was wildly insufficient. It has a too-small portable unit that was switched off when we arrived. That might have been ok except it was 95 degrees outside and we arrived at night wanting to go to bed. It took a good 24hrs to cool the unit to maybe 80 degrees or so. We bought a small fan to help, which we left in the unit. If you stay here and need it, tell management to provide it if it's not there. They didn't reimburse us for it, so it should remain onsite. Additionally, when we got there we discovered that the unit is above a pub. In normal times, they close at 9 and this would be fine. However, during high heat and the World Cup, pubs are allowed to stay open til midnight or whenever the games end. This meant we got to hear shouting until 1am. Would be ok if we'd been there to party, but we were with our kids and needed to sleep. Not great, especially for the kid on the bed by the front windows.

Location was amazing, flat had everything we needed. Big down point was that the bathroom had a horrible smell. Really noticed the bad smell once the shower doors were opened. There were 3 of us, 2 slept in the bed and one on the couch, however no blankets, pillows or any type of bedding was provided for the couch. Location was great, close to everything we needed however it was really noisy at night.

Great location and nice apartment, but the weekend was spoilt by the fact that the Advertised free Wi-Fi was virtually non existent and didn’t even work to get terrestrial TV. We also had to go and buy some bedding g for our daughter who slept on the couch. Also sewage smell in apartment.

This place could have been an easy 5 star review. Here is why it is not. Pros: The room was spacious and had a lot of great amenities. Great location in the city. Located both near a train station and major underground station making it easy to travel to other areas of the city. Plenty of good food options and a great market nearby. You can walk to many major London sites from here. The A/C worked fairly well if you used the fan to blow it towards you in the bedroom. Cons: First, the wifi is terrible. It kept going out during the 5 nights of our visit. Even when it worked it was super slow. So slow at times it was almost worthless. Because of this, the TV channels also didn't work. Second, the door locks are annoying. Once you figure out how they work you'll find they don't always work. Many times we typed our passcode in but for some reason the lock wouldn't open the bolt when we turned the handle. Third, the front door broke and wouldn't shut. This place is on a very busy street and anyone could have come into the building. I sent an email over in the morning, and to be fair, the property managers responded quickly. However, no one came by to fix the door until the next day unlike when they said they would. Fourth, They don't clean unless you book at least 7 nights. We booked 5. I had to go buy more toilet paper. Two small rolls of toiler paper didn't cut it. The kitchen didn't have any paper towels, and the bathroom wasn't stocked with shampoo and body wash.

There were many things to like about this property, but a few changes would make it much more enjoyable. What we liked: - very nice interior - a full compliment of appliances (fridge, stove, toaster, microwave) and kitchen utensils - good storage - area was very busy - which made it safe at night. - wifi speed was acceptable. What could be better?: - only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days is crazy. Plan on purchasing extra. - A tiny, one inch piece of soap for 4 days is also completely inadequate. Plan on purchasing more. - Bathroom fan is too small and slow. - We had problems with many controls and appliances, including the following: I). The infloor heat would not shut off. In the middle of the summer, the floor was pouring out heat all night - the wall controls said it was 48C. I tried everything I could think of to shut it off. Nothing worked. I sweat all night and could not sleep well because of the heat. The written apartment guide gave a 100 character web url address to the manufacturers web site it you had problems. Not very helpful. 2). The dining area lights came on all by themselves in the middle of the night. We could find no way to shut them off, so we had to unscrew the bulbs. 3). The cable tv channels were jittery and pixelated. You couldn’t really watch the tv. Overall - pretty good - but could be excellent with a few changes/fixes.

The check in link wasn’t sent (despite them saying they did) I had to chase and chase before it was sent. The access code I received for the door wasn’t correct so I had to call to sort that out. The studio is on the 4 floor in a building with no lifts and automatic lights that don’t work in the dark stairwell so made the journey down the stairs very gauging especially with luggage. The window in the room doesn’t shut and the building next door sells fried food so the room has a heavy thick aroma of grease and such my clothes and belongings smell awful. I was here for work and had to turn up smelling of grease. The studio was very very hot but to use the AC unit you had to have the window open, letting in the hot air and the bad smell. Overall would never stay again. Had the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel and felt continually ill from the thick grease smell. Plus very very frustrated about the smell on my clothes, coat, bag etc

An excellently situated well-equipped apartment. Perfect for two people who are seeking to experience everything London has to offer. I stayed here for 9 days with a friend during a culturally very busy period and was able to participate in many events thanks to the location of the flat and the helpfulness if the staff with every minor issue we had at the beginning of our stay. Highly recommended for Culture Vultures who love London! A Big Bang for your buck, too !
