Check in time, as stated on the website, was 3:00 PM. We arrived shortly after 3:00 PM, only to be told that our room was not available yet and to check back in about 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby area and checking back with the front desk attendant, we were told that they had not started cleaning the room, and to check back in about another 30 minutes. Finally, after waiting over an hour, we were told our room was available for our check in. It was unfortunate that we had to wait so long for our room after traveling all day to get to our destination. No one offered us an alternative room, a discount for the inconvenience, or any amenities while we waited in the lobby. I had to ask if coffee or tea was available while we waited for our room to be cleaned for our check in. We were very unsatisfied with the extended amount of time it took to get our room and will consider other accommodation alternatives for our next stay in the area.
