I reached out to management with the following message:
Hello guest services!
I just wanted to let you know that my family was displeased with the cleanliness of the hotel during our stay. There was only 1 pool towel left in the stand that held the towels, a full dirty cart of towels, and dirty towels on surfaces all over the pool area. The pool was far too cold for our kids to enjoy swimming, which is the main reason we booked your hotel. There was broken up pieces of something blue on the floor immediately when exiting the elevator on our floor, and almost all of the carpets appeared to need vacuuming. Upon entering our room, it smelled like a bottle of men's cologne had broken open in there, and the odor never left. We were highly disappointed after seeing positive reviews for your establishment.
Management responded by stating they would issue me a 20% return on my stay due to the housekeepers not being able to clean the hotel due to icy roads. I never received the 20%.
Please stay clear of this establishment.
