This hotel was dirty and had visible bugs. Also had a few unregistered vehicles in the driveway…..the place looks like a drug hotel. We cld not stay, we are grateful and thankful that we did get our money back!

This hotel is under renovations, and while the bed/rug/tv all looked pretty new, everything else was a shambles. Paper towel wadded up and stuffed in the door peephole. Mold in between the shower tiles and an unfinished shower floor - paint stained astroturf walkways outside the rooms. Barking dogs in the room next door. I would wait at least a year before booking here - maybe they'll have it together by then. The only standout was great hot water pressure. Otherwise, this was like an $80 a night fleabag room - not the $200+ a night room I paid for.

Rooms are equipped with a small fridge and microwave.There are no vending machines on site, no water fountains, no bottle water provided,no coffee pots in the room or lobby area and no breakfast.

Staff was kind and check in was easy, but the room smelled of smoke and was dated and run down. They were having people paint the exterior and they painted the door handles so we we left to check out we got paint on our hands. Doors were hard to make sure they were secure.

Not sure what decade the pictures on the website were taken, but it does not look as advertised AT ALL. The door knob on my room was loose. The door didn't actually close all the way, letting in all kinds of bugs. The shower drain barely worked. The advertised "Balcony" is just the walkway to enter the room, which looked NOTHING like the photos.

Disgusting. I wasn't expecting much for the price but downright gross. Smelled like strong bleach. Faucet barely attached. Wires on the floor. Not safe for children.

I think this hotel was recently acquired by Wyndham but it needs major renovation. We rejected the first room because they were spray painting the outside of that building. Then we rejected the second room because wasps were congregating right in front of the doorway. We were happy with the third room, which was in the same building as the main office, although the bathroom was very patched up. TV, A/C and bed were all fine and the place was clean. They are actively working on fixing things and the staff was quite pleasant. This general area seems to be overpriced as compared to other places we've been and this Travelodge was cheaper than other hotels.

Room itself was fine. Bed was comfortable. But the property is not being maintained. The rug on the outside door steps was old and worn There were no amenities. No coffee pot; no coffee. Fine to sleep, but wouldn’t want to spend any time here

In general the property was not maintained in both physical repair or cleanliness. It appeared as though the owners were attempting to fix some things (as evidenced by piles of large boxes in the lobby) but none of that evidence was apparent in my room. Safety latch ripped off, dirty bedding, trash on the floor, mildewed shower curtain, trash from previous guests on the floor, jewelry from previous guests hung in the “closet”, television didn’t work, wifi barely had a connection, exterior walkways were a hazard…

This hotel should not be offered by Hotels.com. It is a total disgusting dump. The pool was closed. It looks like people are living here. The room had a roach crawling on the wall. The bath tub had paint falling off. We did not stay and went to another hotel. The front desk person understood and did not charge us for the room.

The advertisement is misleading. The property is in poor condition for the cost of the room. The room was non-smoking but smelled like stale smoke. No garbage can, the extra inside security lock was brocken so we put office chair up against the door. It was a place to rest but will not be on my stay again list.

Burlington in general is a pretty safe place. The picture of the hotel is not the most realistic. Hotel looks regular in pics but in reality is trashy, room smelled like a second hand store and we found stains in the bedding and hair on the tub and dirty qtips on the trash can. Not staying there never again
