The hotel & amenities were all fine. My vehicle was broken into on the car park. When I returned to reception to let them know, there was no apology & no offer of checking the cctv, basically, reception couldn't really be bothered as though this is a regular occurrence & too much hassle to deal with. The receptionist asked for my name email address (which I had to write down as she spelt it wrong twice) & phone number, all of which they already had on the system. I was told someone from the hotel will call me, that's not happened. Considering I've had to pay to park on the hotel car park & now have upwards of £1000.00 in vehicle damage, stolen tools & potential lost revenue whilst this is all rectified, a small amount of support would have been much appreciated.
