Enjoyed stay, shame they didn’t do food on a Monday and let you know on hotels. Com before booking. Nevertheless would stay again.

6/10 - Boa

Very rude & arrogant Manager would not check us into our room at 2.58pm, for check in that was at 3pm. Said we could sit in bar with a drink, even though we purchased a drink 1.5 hours earlier! A lady bar worker stepped in to offer collecting our keys, as she must have been embarrassed with the Managers attitude! Hence we did not pay for a breakfast or evening meal stay. We wouldn’t stay here again.

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times whilst visiting friends locally, It never disappoints. The locals and staff make you feel extremely welcome, and the position next to the Broads is perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Breakfast was just ok not outstanding at all ran out of tomatoes and because I had vegan only had the sausages and mushrooms on my plate, my husband had the normal breakfast and his plate seemed half empty so we didn't bother on the second morning

Beautiful clean ensuite double room with large opening window facing the waterfront located within the old pub premesis. Exceptionally helpful staff, late checking was not an issue. Food and drink served on site as either bar meal or restuarant table menu, breakfast cooked to order.

What a great pub and hotel. Showing it's age in places, but really not a problem as it's great location, splendid surroundings and lovely staff more than make up for any (not many) negatives. Go and enjoy staying in an old English pub in the country.

Bathroom specifically room 1 from the dark ages. Understaffed, waited for breakfast for 1 hour. Not enough staff, the lad at breakfast was trying his best.

Stayed in a family room, with a single bed rather than some hotels who only offer a sofa bed. Room was very large and clean. Staff very helpful and always available when needed. Bar was well stocked with a range of drinks. Had to pay extra for breakfast but well worth it. Had the full english, great value. No problems with parking. Ideal for visiting the broads.

4/10 - Aceitável

Bed comfortable. Bathroom shower was good but the room need some TLC with no where to hang the towel near the shower. Room big enough for a bath which would make it inviting. The light above the sink was on permanently as the switch was not working. The evening meal was poor quality and took an hour to arrive. Offered no dessert. Someone vacuuming outside the room too early in the morning.

Th staff were so friendly and helpful and the bar is open until 11pm so all good there. The breakfast was very good and the sausage and bacon was tasty - the tea was hot and the bed in our room was clean and firm. There was also a TV and tea making faciliites so all good on that front. The things I would say where there is room for improvement was that the decor was tired, there were no bedside lights so total darkness or too light and the bathroom could have done with an update but it was clean. The location was very nice and there is a place for motorhome parking so we will be back. Thank you very much, it was a nice stay.
