Great location. Lots of restaurants minutes away. Only two fans and we stayed during really hot week, so not much relief from the heat outside

We loved this place. It was cute and right next to the everything. The view from the balcony in the courtyard was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Please note that this property does not have a private balcony attached nor a lake view. The photos are of the city in general and nothing to do with the appartment. Appartment itself is ok, but no aircondition.

The location is great. The accommodation is spacious and with good amenities. Need to ask for wifi password ahead of time as it is not included on the check-in instructions.

Easy access to Varenna but it needs an information book telling you basic things about the apartment.

The location is perfect! I didn’t like that they don’t give you the wifi access until you ask for it, when the description specifically said they have free WiFi, I arrived on a weekend and I didn’t have the password until the day I left

Beautiful apartment. Excellent location. Only downside was no air-conditioning. Communication with property was excellent. Highly recommended.

Location is great. However, the advertising on Hotels.com clearly states 4 twin beds (so 4 doubles). We had indicated in our booking request we were celebrating an Anniversary so assumed they would join the two doubles together. We were presented with 4 Single beds. The bed covers were all stained. The sofa was filthy and full of stains, there was no way we were sitting on that. When I messaged the property owners they asked if I had made contact with the agents, who would have come and put a sheet on the sofa to cover the filth. As the guest, it should not be up to me to organise the cleaning. The apartment should have been presented in a clean and usable condition from the start. I missed the part about there being no aircon, but they provided fans - however these were full of dust and a potential fire hazard. The washing machine was a welcome addition but it makes a lot of banging noises and jumps across the room.

A perfect location!

The apartment was in a perfect location in town, clean, plenty of space. Instructions were very clear for retrieving the key. Be sure to get the WiFi password before you get there- we somehow missed that so didn’t have WiFi for the first night.

4/10 - Aceitável

Received half a roll of paper towel for 4 people. No paper towels in the kitchen or any normal hand soap in the bathroom. We ended up having to get our own supplies! WiFi password is not written anywhere. Had to reach out on our own. Beds and pillows gave me horrible back and neck pain (I’m 22). Location is okay and balcony was cool but that’s about all we liked. For the price I would not return to this property unfortunately.

Rent, pent og midt i smørøyet av Varenna. Bare en liten rusletur unna fergeleiet. Utendørs spiseplass med panoramautsikt.

Amazing location

Good location. Best view from the balcony in the common area for sure. Not far from everything. Walkable from the train station. The staff answer email quickly. The place is this big and has everything they mentioned with complimentary snack and drinks. The only thing they can improve this the cleanness. I've found a glass of wine with lipstick stains on a clean glass cabinet. The dusty hairdyer. The room and sheets feel a bit dusty.

Nice place

Nice clean apartment. Great communication with how to find apartment and get keys. Nice welcome package when we arrived with wine, and some snacks. It was hard to really enjoy the apartment because we were there in a heat wave…95 plus degrees! They had three fans which was great. Restaurant below looks good, but make reservations before you come. We could not get in. They have a nice little community balcony with amazing views, but apartment had a limited view of the lake. The walk from where you have to drop luggage is not very far and fairly easy with the directions they give, maybe 3-5 min. The walk from the parking garage to the apartment is a little longer, maybe 7-10 min. So if you don’t like to drag your luggage this might now be the place for you, but is very manageable. Overall I would recommend!
