Hilton staff was exceptionally friendly. When I booked my stay on line with Hotels.com, I was not made aware of the parking availability. Upon arrival, my choices were to park in a parking structure 2 blocks away or accept the valet parking for an additional *** a day. Being a female traveling alone, valet it was. (Hotels
Com was not transparent regarding this) The valet staff went above and beyond and I tipped accordingly!
My opinion, they should do a deep cleaning in the corners of the rooms. Vacuum, ect. Maybe give the drawers a good vacuum as well. The shower area was very well kept.
Also, I paid immediately in advance on line for breakfast daily for 3 days to Hotels.com and when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel charged me again. *** to Hotel.com & then *** to the Hilton. Total double charge. Felt like I had been scammed. Won't happen again I can assure you.
