I would have liked a better bread selection at breakfast, no seed or rye bread of something healthier. Fruit bread was nice.
The soft seating has lots of stains on it which didn't feel inviting to sit on in the breakfast area.
Your people were excellent on Reception and in the Breakfast area.
Some of your rooms need updating and the bathrooms need the shower areas to be cleaner. My room in 433 the water sits there after a shower and even after the cleaners came in, it was still there when I came home, bit concerned about bacteria as the area never drys. The grouting needs cleaning and brought up to scratch so it doesn't look dirty. Bedrooms good though.
One day coming outside the lifts on the 4th floor, I spotted the table was very dusty, I could write in the dust easier. This should be cleaned each day, the small details need managing.
Good pricing at the hotel, I'd stay again and nice to have the grounds of green trees etc.
