6/10 - Boa

Room was not quite what was expected based off of the pictures....quite small, tv didn't work, light in bathroom kept tripping the outlet and had to be reset, and had an interesting scent to the room when we first arrived. Otherwise it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The parking was easy, the lake view was quite a stretch. Breakfast was ok, beds comfortable. AC was tough to figure out, and was loud.

The hottub wasn't the cleanest, and eventually started getting cold. Room was great, breakfast was okay. Location was great

Rooms were not clean, building is run down. Guests were smoking right outside the main entrance.

You pull up from the street and don’t quite know what to expect. However, everything is very clean, hard surface floors in the rooms, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. In town for a weekend soccer tournament and this worked perfectly and we would stay again.

8/10 - Muito boa

Clean rooms, and that and location are what matter most to me. The old bar (The Executive Pub) in the hotel lobby is now a convenience/Asian grocery store, which is pretty convenient. It does mean that you get a lot of loiterers in the parking lot, but they're harmless. Location is great, easy walking to restaurants, bars, and the must-see John Michael Kohler Arts Center (the Kohler Arts Preserve is a little ways out of town). I can't really comment on the breakfast, as I'm not a breakfast person, but it looked fine.

The rooms were old and outdated. Not clean at all.

Receptionist was doing the best they could but working in an adjoined conscience store along with the hotel at the same time. Waited at least 15 minutes for them to come to the front desk after being paged but the gentleman in line ahead of me.

2/10 - Insatisfatório

This hotel should not charge more than $79 a night and we paid over $300. Elevators were dirty. It’s been a very long time since anyone cleaned them. Room was terrible. Pull ties for drawer handles. No hooks in the bathroom to hand up a towel, TV had 4 channels and be noise level from outside was ridiculously loud. Would not recommend this place at all.

The room I got was never cleaned so they gave me another room. It's nice of a hotel, however the woman who runs the hotel is extremely rude. The rest of the staff is nice.

Breakfast of good, room was lacking supplies, no soap. Hallways and elevator were rundown . Lots of misses overall.

This hotel has people living in it. Pot stench filled the air walking to my room. Old and run down. The parking lot is filled with homeless people. Overall…go somewhere else!
