Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Zu dritt hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Die Unterkunft war zweistöckig, wobei sich oben der Schlafbereich befand. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Lage: Trotz der Nähe zu Shibuya war die Nachbarschaft angenehm ruhig. Das Shibuya Crossing und die Shibuya Station waren in etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man schnell mitten im Geschehen war und gleichzeitig abends seine Ruhe hatte. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Very clean and comfortable. It's close to Shibuya Station and within walking distance of Ebisu Station. Restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby, making it a great location.

滞在に必要なものはほぼ備え付けられていました。駅からも徒歩圏内，近くにコンビニやスーパー，ドラッグストアも充実しており，便利でした。鍵等も事前のメールでわかりやすかったです。隣室の方（外国？）の足音や話し声などが割と響いたので，神経質な方は気になるかもです。
ロフトに寝具が備え付けられていました。シーツやカバーもセットしてあり，ありがたかったです。

숙소 자체는 진짜 좋습니다. 가파른 계단때매 술 이빠이 마시고 가면 위험할수도 있는데 필요한 가전이나 편의장비가 잘 구비되있어서 좋고 침실도 되게 넓고 쾌적해서 좋았는데 체크인할때 진짜 소통도 안되고 문이 고장나서 땡볕에 3시간동안 아무것도 못해서 많이 화나긴 했는데 뭐,, 그거 제외하면 굿

복층구조가 생각보다 엄청나게 가파른 복층구조라 당황하긴했지만 그래도 잘 지냈고 시부야와 가까워서 도보로 다니기 매우 편리했고 동네가 매우 조용하고 안전해서 좋았습니다. 다만 체크인할때 키를 찾는데 설명이 좀 더 필요할 것 같습니다. 키 찾을때 엄청 애먹었네요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

Great location and super convenient if you are just looking for a base to leave your luggage, however the apartment itself was a little bit small for three guys in their 20s. There were a few things in terms of cleanliness with how there were a few odd stains on surfaces and the towels smelling after two uses. If that doesn’t bother you then you will definitely like this place due to its convenience and easy of getting around!

I’ll start with the positives! Great location (although 10m walk to trains) bed was huge and comfy, has a washer which is awesome for longer travels. Negatives: glitchy bathroom light that sometimes turns into a rave, and AC/heater remote is glitchy as well. The window shades don’t come all the way down, walls are thin (can hear the neighbors casually talking), stairs to the actual unit (front door to living) are STEEP, stairs to the bed area are very steep and uneven. God forbid you had to use the bathroom at night - it is trecherous. Overall a functional unit for a short stay but wouldn’t stay again!

Check-in/check-out is convenient with unmanned service, and the bedroom is comfortable with a duplex structure. I was able to sleep I am very satisfied with the separation of the toilet and bathtub. One suggestion was that it would be better to change to number keys in the future.

Needs to specify the picture in the advertisement because the stairs is not for older person. Too stiff and not wide. Stairs on the sleeping area is not secured due to missing railling. Overall the apartment is clean and complete amenities.

최악입니다. 1. 체크인 열쇠위치와 우편함 비밀번호를 체크인 전날쯤 보내줍니다. 그 걸 미리 출력해갔고 숙지했습니다. 그 안내대로 수십번을 해봐도 도무지 열리지 않았고, 제가 준비한 유심은 일본 국내 전화가 연결이 되지않았습니다. 지나가는 행인에게 도움을 청했더니 그분이 시도해보고 안되자 숙소 관리자에게 전화했습니다. 통화하며 시도해도 안되니 그때야 비밀번호가 다르다는겁니다. 무슨 황당한 상황인지 정말 어이가 없었습니다. 비가오는데 아이들은 지쳐서 바닥에 앉아버렸고 그렇게 문을 열고 들어간게 한시간만이었습니다. 호텔스닷컴 메시지를 나중에 확인했더니 비밀번호가 변경됐다는겁니다. 제가 4시넘어 시도하다 통화했을때도 한참만에 비밀번호 바뀐 이야기를 했고 5시쯤 들어갔는데, 메시지 내용은 사과가 아니라 2시55분에 보낸 메시지 못봤냐, 숙소 아직 못들어갔냐 이런 메시지였습니다. 2. 청결상태 정말 위생적이지 않습니다. 수건은 락스자국으로 얼룩이 있고 쉰냄새나서 걸레인줄 알았습니다. 욕실 거울의 얼룩, 환풍기 먼지도 심하구요.바닥이나 선반, 계단에 먼지는 말할 것도 없습니다. 최악은 이불인데, 흰색 바닥매트에는 혈흔이 있고 얼룩도 있습니다. 그 위에 커버를 씌워 쓰는데 정말 찝찝했습니다. 자고나면 가려워요. 종합적으로 이곳은 품질에 비해 가격은 높으면서 관리는 안하는 곳입니다. 절대 가지마세요. Absolute Nightmare. Avoid This Place! ​1. Check-in Disaster The host changed the password last minute without warning. The door wouldn't open, and my SIM card couldn't make local calls. A kind passerby called the manager for me, who finally admitted the password was different. My exhausted kids had to sit on the wet ground in the rain. It took an hour to get in. Instead of apologizing, the host defensively asked why I hadn't checked their 2:55 PM message. Unbelievable. ​2. Horrible Hygiene The cleanliness was shocking. Towels were stained with bleach and smelled sour like dirty rags. Dust covered the floors, shelves, and exhaust fan. Worst of all, the mattress had visible bloodstains and spots. It was so disgusting, and we woke up itching all over. ​This place is overpriced and poorly managed. Never stay here.
