I made reservations several days ahead of time and got a confirmation email and a confirmation number. Once I got to this hotel and went to check in, the staff told me that they had no record of my reservation and that all of their rooms were now booked. I provided them with all of my documentation, as well as proof that the money for the room had already posted to my credit card, but they continued to refuse me service and would not offer a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, and while I'm optimistic I will get my money back, the whole experience was deeply frustrating. My theory is that since I did not get to the hotel until relatively late in the night, the staff ended up giving my room to another customer. If true, then the hotel was able to charge this room to two people, since they refused to give me my money back.
