The hotel has good bones. Most recently remodeled.
In south Santa Fe near Presbyterian. You'll need a vehicle to reach the museums, old town, restaurants.
Breakfast offerings have the usual: waffles, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, coffee. Also New Mexico green chilie, and pinto beans.
The bedding in new, high quality cotton. The room and bathroom is clean. While Santa Fe is windy and sometimes dysty/sandy the lobby and rooms could use a through vacuum and dusting...especially under beds, along the carpet/wall edges in each room, the plexiglass displays in the lobby holding baskets and blankets.
