A Beautiful Hotel with Room for Improvement
Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel. The property is beautiful, the location is excellent, the beach is lovely, and the food was very good. I genuinely enjoyed my stay.
However, one area that needs significant improvement is the professionalism and attitude of some staff members. The team should be better trained to interact with guests from different backgrounds and nationalities, always demonstrating respect, patience, and professionalism. Good hospitality is not just about beautiful facilities but also about how every guest is treated.
Another concern is the large number of dogs around the property, particularly near the beach. This is something management should look into to ensure guests feel comfortable.
Apart from these points, everything else was excellent. It’s a wonderful hotel with great potential, and with a few improvements in service, it could offer an even more exceptional experience.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
