While I donāt usually leave reviews, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Several issues made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating:
Room Conditions
ā¢Excessive heat: The room was uncomfortably hot (30+°C) upon arrival. The window had been left open, presumably to cool the room, but it had little effect.
ā¢Poor ventilation: Despite requesting a second fan, it took over 9 hours and a follow-up request to receive one.
ā¢Recurring problem: Staff acknowledged that heat complaints are common due to the room being above the pool.
ā¢No relocation option: We requested to move rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked.
Customer Service
ā¢Inconsistent communication: Another guest was told repeatedly there were no available roomsāuntil one āsuddenlyā became available after 45 minutes, with a tired child in tow.
ā¢Key card issues: Our room key stopped working after each use and had to be reprogrammed three times.
Facilities
ā¢Pool hygiene concerns: The pool appeared unclean and caused skin irritation for my partner the next day.
ā¢Inappropriate conduct: A woman swam in a vest top, see through & nearly topless, in front of children, and staff did not intervene.
ā¢Water temperature issues: The tap water in the room remained hotāeven on the coldest settingāmaking it unusable for drinking or refilling bottles.

ā¢Well-equipped gym: The gym had a solid range of resistance machines.
