This was my third stay at the resort, and this time I booked the Excellence Club. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing, as there was no explanation of what the Excellence Club includes or how to access its benefits, which felt unusual given the premium nature of the booking.
I was also disappointed with the level of service in the Excellence Club adult-only section. In addition, I noticed that the food quality has declined, and the variety is not what it was during my previous visits.
Due to dissatisfaction with the room in the Excellence Club section, I requested to move after the second day and was relocated to the family section, which further impacted the overall experience.
That said, I would like to acknowledge the staff at the Marketplace—particularly Diana and La Lana—for their excellent service. I would also like to recognize July and Carlos from the entertainment team, who did a wonderful job and stood out positively during our stay.
